DRK Everyday Cowl, Sundays, February 9 & February 23, 10 am - 11 am

The DRK Everyday Cowl is a simple, but engaging pattern that creates a cowl that wears like a triangle shawl and offers sizes for all ages! In this class you will learn or review the following techniques: 

  • Working on the bias

  • Slipped stitches

  • Increases and decreases

  • I-cord edges

Skill Level: Advanced beginner/Intermediate - Must be able to cast-on, knit, purl, increase, decrease and knit in the round

Class price: $60, includes pattern  

Class Schedule: 2-part class. Each session is 60 minutes. You must be able to attend both classes.

Sunday, February 9, 10 am - 11 am
Sunday, February 23, 10 am - 11 am

Class Materials:

  • Needles: US 6 - 8, 24” or 32”circular needles (dependent on yarn weight)

  • Yarn: 150 - 400 yards DK to Worsted Weight Yarn

  • Notions: stitch markers, darning needle

We ask that all yarn for classes be purchased in the shop. 10% discount will be applied. Materials can be purchased at the shop prior to class.

Class Size: 6 person max. Must have two registered for class to occur.

Christine is your instructor for this class.

Christine has been knitting for almost 20 years and crocheting for close to 30. While she makes all things ranging from socks to shawls to stuffed toys, her favorite thing to knit is a sweater. On the rare occasion she is not knitting, you can find Christine gardening, baking sourdough, running, or at Disney.
